Listen, if you want to talk about addiction, I am truly the definition of a recovering house flipper. I've successfully flipped 650+ single-family homes across various states from 2011 to 2022, in the Seattle/Tacoma market. As of 2023, I am actively involved in purchasing single-family properties in three different out-of-state markets. Throughout my real estate journey, my internal team has never exceeded six members, maintaining an average of four individuals for the majority of my career, showcasing my proficiency in minimizing overhead. 

I’m not saying that to brag, I’m sharing that because I’ve actually been where you’re at today. It wasn’t fun – most of the time it was hard, grueling work, and if I only KNEW back then, what I know today, I would’ve gotten there a million times faster.
